AGARTALA, October 25 (TIWN): A five hour long sit-in-demonstration was organized by Tripura congress ST cell demanding to take strict action against the corruption related peoples of the state. The demonstration was started at 11 am.

Speaking in the sit-in-demonstration Congress ST Cell leader, Debabrata Koloi said that the uninterrupted 21-year stint in power seems to have taken a toll on the financial transparency of the Left Front administration in Tripura. Corruption in implementation of rural development schemes continues unabated. There is a government between Delhi and people of Tripura which eat up all the money for development, he alleged.

The state government deep necked in corruption and CPIM is not the Government for the people. The Left Front do not care about peoples and there problems, they do not settle issues. He also criticizes the Left Front Government’s alternative policies and said that those are against common people.
