AGARTALA, July 27 (TIWN): Border Security Force (BSF) organized Kargil Vijay Diwas marathon in Agartala was flagged off by Chief Minister Biplab Deb today morning.

Addressing on the occasion, Biplab Deb said that Pakistan again and again betrayed India. In late Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s time, India was hoping friendship from Pakistan and on that time, Pakistan attacked Kargil.

Deb further said either Kargil or Pulwama, Pakistan was defeated with India again and again but no lesson learnt by Pakistan yet.

Vijay Diwas celebration in Tripura started from yesterday and various programmes are being taken place centering this celebration.
