AGARTALA / BISALGARH, October 22 (TIWN): After exactly a month since incumbent BDO of Bishalgarh Block lodged an FIR against the scamstar BDO Bimal Chakraborty , it was announced from police on Tuesday that Bimal Chakraborty will be arrested within 48 hours. SDPO Bishalgarh Arun Kanti Sarkar, during a road block protest programme of BJP at Bisalgarh, told BJP leaders publicly that Bimal will be arrested within 48 hours. Interestingly ICA Department has decided to temporarily suspend Bimal Chakraborty, in which Bimal is still holding Deputy Director Post and his guru Manikda's' loyal Bhanu Lal Saha is the ICA Minister. TRIPURAINFOWAY got authentic information from sources that BDO Bimal Chakraborty is now hiding in the residence of his brother-in-law Santanu Chakrabory's house located in A.D. Nagar area. Tripura Police and CPIM Party is certainly well aware of Bimal's hideouts.

 These questions that arise from here are :

1) Will the Chief Minister  let the police to arrest his ' favoured TCS official'?

2)  Does police know about Bimal's hiding place? Otherwise , how can it claim to arrest Bimal within 48 hrs ?

3) Is Bhanulal himself instructed to suspend Bimal Chakraborty from ICA or he too is forced by his ' Manikda' to suspend Bimal?

4) Is the suspension is a drama or a reality? If it is real why R P Datta is silent?

5) Why has ' copy of suspension order cannot be given to the media ' sounded much before?

6) Why is 'Mr White ' Chief Minister remained silent over a month? Does this indicate that he too intended to subdue the entire scam?

7) Why not Bhanulal be sacked immediately ?

8) Is the appointment of Bhanulal to Finance Ministry a part of Manik Sarkar's plan to suppress the truth of Rs 17 crore scam?

9) Will police be allowed to work independently?

10) Why not Prevention of Corruption Act be imposed in this case especially when the accused is a Govt official and he is practically involved in this scam?

11) Is 'Mr White ' and poorest Chief Minister himself given the licence for mega corruption festival?

      And if police can claim that they can arrest him, this too is a part of the game plan of Memarmath. It will be done to' Eye Wash' the Manik Sarkar controlled police to present a show piece' 'Bimal Chakraborty attested but granted bail for lack of evidence'.

But what will happen if Congress indeed(?) submit a PIL in the High Court against Bimal Chakraborty? With back to back poor results of Congress since Look Sabha poll, the party has decided to take some stern measures against the ruling parties of the states in which Congress are in opposition. And in that effort even Sudip Roy Barman may lose his Leader of Opposition post as well Dibachandra Rhankhal his PCC President.

According to TIWN survey among masses, people of Tripura now want Birjit Sinha as the PCC President and MLA Asish Saha as the Leader of Opposition. It means that the workers are quite unhappy with current leadership. As result of it RSS and BJP are making the best use of it. And for this reason,  a section of Intelligent Branch(IB) is now working 24×7. As of now even if Bimal is arrested, Manik Sarkar lobby has made the blue print to get bail for him. And if it happens, CPI(M)  party will face the greatest internal crisis in Tripura.
