Agartala, October 18 (TIWN): One more secret revealed out in the Rashtriya Madhyamik Siksha Abhiyan scam. Antisocial Mannan till now manages to stay out from the hands of police. Beside, Arnab and the top officials, name of some antisocial also come forward in the hands of police. But some secret forces are trying to wrap up the name of Mannan from this multicrore scam. By interrogating Arnab, it comes to light that Mannan played a vital role in the RMSA Case.

 Through Arnab and Mannan established a sweet relation with the officials of RMSA. Both Arnab and Mannan jointly looted the amount of Kyanasree Scheme of Chief Minister. At first he failed to get the tender, but in second phase he was successful in achieving it.

Thereafter in order with the good relations with the officials, Mannan got many other tenders. But the work done on these tenders are below average. For example in tender of nonrecognised bi-cycle Company namely Hero Biotic Bicycle, the materials provided are below average, some bicycles do not have tubes, some have technical defects.

It is to be mentioned here that Mannan settled the business of black- marketing’s from his house at Sonamura. Through this process, he manages a huge amount of money. After being rooted out from Sonamura, Mannan came to Agartala and settled there by occupying the business of land-brokering. Manna established good relations with Arnab, others  and they established a group of antisocials at Sishu Bihar School Complex area which coincidently close to CM's official residence..
