Kamalpur, Oct. 18 ( TIWN): The Kamalpur branch of United Bank of India has turned into a den of problem for the consumers due to lack of Staffs, poor management and negligence from the part of the higher-up authority.
The consumers expressed mtheir utter dismay on to the present condition of the Bank. According to the consumers, the poor connectivity often ceases the transaction in the bank. ‘No Net connectivity’ board has become a regular feature of the bank. On Friday last, the technicians from Agartala has came and worked for the hassle-free internet service consuming a heavy amount of bill. But again today, the same scenario f poor connectivity prevails in the bank. Whenever contacted the Branch Manager has the same words of informing the higher up authority is the only answer available. The aged consumers are of the view that, the lack of proper and active staffs, poor management and negligence of the higher up officials are the root of all the deprivations . A highly placed source of UBI informed TIWN that the management and authority should be more sensible and dynamic to the problems of the common consumers. More dangerously the building is in the most dangerous condition which may collapse at any moment. But the authority still in deep slumber.
