AGARTALA, May 4 (TIWN): When BJP is diverting the basic problems of the state with Chief Minister’s alleged divorce case, 10323 teachers have revolted in against State Education Minister Ratanlal Nath, warning him to file defamation case against him for insulting teachers and Supreme Court. Terminated 10323 teachers, who were used by BJP as the tool of vote banks before Assembly Election 2018, Assam Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma promised to solve problems under Central Law Ministry, now resulted in JUMLA of BJP-era. In a latenight protest, insulted 10323 teachers over Education / Law Minister Ratanlal Nath’s controversial comment regarding 10323 teachers, the teachers told media, “We condemn the ongoing defamation on Chief Minister, but what about our defamation which is done by this Minister day-night ? He has called us incapable and also said, Govt is bound to keep the teachers in job whereas when qualified candidates will come, the 10323 teachers will be removed from the post. We want to ask, after such comment can we face the little children in the school ? Are our certificates Fake ? Our marks can be less but do we carrying duplicate certificates ?”

The teachers also said that the way Ratanlal Nath has defamed the teachers they may file case in the court.

“The Education Minister not only harming us but also harming the Govt of Biplab Deb”, said the 10323 teachers.

They also asked, why before election it was promised to them that 10323 teachers problems will be sorted out ?

The 10323 teachers fist lost their jobs in High Court’s verdict in 2014. Then the previous CPI-M led State Sovt managed stay order on High Court’s order by appealing Supreme Court and after much delays in the hearings, finally Supreme Court also in 2017, March 29 terminated all the teachers but with humanitarian view Supreme Court permitted all the 10323 teachers to continue their jobs till December 31st, 2017.

When CPI-M led State Govt repealed in Supreme Court to extend their jobs for 1 year, Supreme Court extended the job for 6 months on ad hoc basis and finally only 27 days have left for the teachersfinal terminations.

But before the Tripura Assembly Election, which was held in February 2018, BJP as the opposition managed the 10323 teachers to believe if BJP comes in power they will “Resolve” the 10323 teachersproblems.

BJP Govt after holding power then appealed in Supreme Court to extend the teachers jobs beyond June 30, 2018 for more 2 years. BJP to urge Supreme Court to extend those teachers jobs till 2020, 30th June and SC also extended for 17 months to control the teachers crisis.

Recently huge resentments have brewed among the TET qualified teachers from the terminated 10323 teachers as BJP-IPFT Govt has decided not to count teachers’ previous work-tenures if they pass in TET.This notice was issued immediately after the election was ended.
