AGARTALA, May 2 (TIWN): In a mockery of Justice system, BJP’s politically motivated cases pressurizing Judges beyond normal Judiciary procedures. Biplab Deb, Pratima Bhowmik engaged a Fensedyl smuggler Sunit Sarkar who filed FIR against TIWN Editor on FAKE charges based on news items published in TIWN, West Tripura Police OC Subrata accepted FIR, no investigation, then after 24 hrs on next day ( May1,2019), OC West submited FIR to Lower Court, Judicial Magistrate Smt J.M Das rather than issuing notice to accused parties for hearing, verifying truth or false but straightly delivered ex-party order of blocking TIWN portal which shocked public across the State. Tripura public stunned with this mockery of Justice which looked like Biplab Deb created pressure upon Judge for hurried Court order which violated all Judicial norms of giving accused party the chance to contest the charges.

TIWN condemns this mockery of Justice where without hearing from accused Party, in absence of accused Party, no notices to accused party, a court order was passed with the sole intention to benefit the complainants which were politically motivated.  Misdelivery of Justice which was grossly unexpected from a Judicial Magistrate Smt J.M.Das.

Biplab Deb, Pratima Bhowmik operating in mafia style to close down opposition medias so the modus operandi is filing first some FAKE cases and then using tainted Police officers like Subrata Chakraborty to file FAKE FIRs in Court, and then Biplab, Pratima’s coterie managing

West PS OC Subrata Chakraborty is a career tainted officer, who has committed perjury in past in High Court in 2014 (CASE NUMBER IS WP(C)220 OF 2014) and punished by former Chief Justice Deepak Gupta, multiple promotions stopped and monetory fines deducted from his salary.

Smuggler Sunit Sarkar’s FIR was full of FAKE charges, and OC Subrata Chakraborty’s FIR to Court was full of FAKE charges which once again proved that OC Subrata Chakraborty committed perjury knowingly.

TIWN will appeal to higher court to cancel this ex-party politically motivated order and file cases against OC Subrata Chakraborty and Sunit Sarkar for committing perjury, criminal acts of misleading court via fabricated statements.
