AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, April 19 (TIWN): Election Commission has sought report of excess election expenditure over Rs 70 Lakhs from both BJP MP candidates of Tripura. Pratima Bhowmik and Rebati Tripura’s nominations might cancel if no satisfactory answers are not given by both candidates. On the other side, CEO Sriram Taraniknati has rushed to Delhi after EC asked him to visit there. Election Commission of India has issued notice to BJP MP candidate, better known as “Crime Queen” for violating election expenditure.According to report, Pratima Bhowmik has used extra 9 lakhs rupees for her election expenditure.The East Tripura MP candidate Rebati Tripura of BJP also received a separate notice in same issue. He expended 21 lakhs more than the guideline. Election Commission of India said that there are huge irregularities in the reports placed by Pratima Bhowmik about her expenditure. Within 7 days, Bhowmik was asked to give answer to the commission. Slamming BJP’s activities, Congress spokesperson Harekrishna Bhowmik said, “It proves, in which way, BJP has run the election season”, referring further massive poll rigging and appointing goons to torture voters, destroying free means of election. Pratima Bhowmik’s massive funding for election has arranged from long traditional family business of “ganja smuggling”. Recently, Pratima Bhowmik entered in a Govt quarter even though she is just a political leader.

On Friday, 12th April, 2019 night 3am, Crime Queen Pratima Bhowmik threatened to murder Tripura Police Addl SP Kiran Kumar at Chanmari area, outskirts of Agartala, Addl SP Kiran Kumar was doing his duty to stop organized violence, looting by BJP Lok Sabha Candidate Pratima Bhowmik's criminals. 

Pratima Bhowmik is also accused of multiple murder and having disputed property out of ganja smuggling. 

Today Northeast Now news has reported the incident with the headline, “Tripura BJP LS candidate threatening police officer caught on camera!”

Since the beginning, Pratima Bhowmik started pollution the administration and within one year of the party’s tenure, Pratima Bhowmik destroyed BJP’s popularity, killed all ethics along with her ever-green nexus with drug empire. The ultimate aim ofPratima Bhowmik to be the Chief Minister of Tripura, after she becomes a Central Minister winning Lok Sabha Election. But, Pratima Bhowmik who also murder accused of her own brother’s wife Chabi Debnath was in jail for 3 months back in 2014 but her criminality inside her and the way of operation with terror and violence gives the sense that this BJP’s MP candidate treat each citizen as the murdered housewife of her house Chabi Debnath, didn’t prevent her to tell IPS officer to kill on spot of disruption brings in her criminal operation via BJP’s bike riding hooligans.

However, so far Election Commission has not taken any action against Pratima Bhowmik even after viral video of Pratima Bhowmik where she is threatening Tripura Police Addl SP Kiran Kumar at Chanmari areaon 12th April, one day after West Tripura Election.

She openly said, “"Tereko hum Abhi Mar Dalenge !!!"

BJP brought allegation that at Chanmura opposition conducted violence but TIWN has exposed what is the reality.

During West Tripura constituency poll on 11th April, the BJP hooligans shockingly captured almost all booths, beaten polling agents of the opposition to leave the booth. Voters cries after they failed to cast votes are evident and viral led the Election Commission to think over re-polling. Hundreds of people were seriously injured, public properties were burnt and BJP supporters themselves alleged that in front of BJP activists people had to cast their votes.

Police report has exposed, it has been Pratima Bhowmik’s family tradition to take dowries from bride’s father and in case of Pratima Bhowmik’s smuggler brother Biswajit Bhowmik’s marriage, hefty amounts were taken from the bride Chabi Debnath’s father Sunil Debnath including Television, Freeze, best quality’s furniture, gold ornament etc.  Then at last Chabi Debnath was killed brutally. There are moe allegations of murder against Pratima Bhowmik.

Pratima and her brother Biswajit are controlling the drug-nexus across Dhanpur and now in Agartala’s various areas. BJP former Minority Morcha President Sundar Ali said that he can prove in court how Biswajit Bhowmik and Pratma Bhowmik are controlling drug empire. Earlier, BJP MLA Surajit Dutta also brought similar allegation against her. 

On yesterday, CPI-M accused Pratima Bhowmik for appointing goons across Tripura who have been hired from Assam and other states.
