AGARTALA / BISRAMGANJ, April 4 (TIWN): With a mysterious news, a statue of Tripura’s visionary King Maharaja Bir Bikram Manikya Bahadur was stolen in Bisramganj.

This statue was unveiled just before few months.

People of Bisramganj Tiprasa and Bengali community both alleged that it was done to create communal hatred and soon people will organised the biggest protest rally in connection to this incident in the state of Tripura.

Bir Bikram Kishore Debbarman Manikya Bahadur GBE KCSI was a king of Tripura State. He was succeeded by his son, Maharaja Kirit Bikram Kishore, who was the nominal king for two years till the state's merger into India in 1949.

People of that area have openly slammed Home Ministry of Biplab Deb saying ‘no law and order is existing in the state’.
