Amid CAB threat, BJP seek votes from Tiprasa

AGARTALA, March 30 (TIWN): Even though Citizenship Amendment Bill (CAB) will be passed if BJP comes in power with high majority, BJP has sought Tiprasa vote banks.
When IPFT is under public rage as the leaders rejected to give up Ministry and BJP is supporting the CAB, but Deputy CM Jishnu CM Jishnu Dev Barman has raised question why Congress didn’t change Agartala Airport’s name.
Jishnu Dev Verma’s speech came after he didn’t face the Tiprasa people for long since January 8, 2019, when protesting over Citizenship Amendment Bill agitation called by NESO, Tripura Police had indulged in illegal brutal firing under Home Ministry of Biplab Deb on youths which left 6 youths serious.
