AGARTALA, Feb 10 (TIWN): Followed by Jirania massive violence, shooting at Tiprasa youths, Citizenship Amendment Bill 2016, fabricated charges against Tiprasa leaders and threats to Tripura’s Royal scion Pradyot Manikya has turned Modi’s rally a big flop in Tripura.

Half of Astabal stadium left empty, whereas in last year in Modi’s rally half of strength came from indigenous people’s support.

Even after having IPFT Minister NC Debbarma with Modi in Astabal rally, no development came in the crowd of Saturday’s Modi rally.

Ahead of Modi’s arrival massive protest was launched against Citizenship Amendment Bill 2016 and today Congress has staged protest with black flags, balloons and #GoBackNarendraModi slogan.

Not only indigenous people but Bengali community has also massively rejected Modi rally today even after Govt employees were pushed for Modi rally.

As everyone knows, Govt employees were pushed to join in Modi rally, but yet the field left with huge spaces.

Under 11 months of Biplab Deb Govt, Tripura’s unemployment problem has been doubled, poverty and hunger have gripped the state and massive job slashings are going on including depriving people from the social pension beneficiary list.
