AGARTALA, Nov 30 (TIWN): Biplab Deb led Govt's organized terror, misusing of police force are causing massive harassment to various journalists, photographers and even their family members. Biplab Deb has been playing all tricks to shut down TIWN and as the Lok Sabha Election is coming closer such sharp attacks are increasing on this webpage. Police also have been harassing many journalists suspecting they are writing news in Tripurainfoway (TIWN), whereas many of them have no relation with TIWN reporting. Moreover, according to law, police have no right to harass journalists for any legal issue against a particular news publication when Editor, Lawyers were cooperating, but under BJP ruling raping of democracy continues everyday, every hours. But based on some fabricated cases which has no evidence police are leading massive harassment to the senior citizens just because they are parents of the journalists and the Editor.On yesterday it was first ever daring protest held by public against shutdown of local TV channel Mrinalini. Same attacks were done upon Channel Din-Raat and 40 years old newspaper Daily-Desher-Katha, whereas Daily-Desher-Katha was saved by High Court's verdict.
Already on such baseless allegations, facebook page was blocked and legal action will also be taken against it and facebook will also be back. The weekly newspaper office of Tripurainfoway at Banamalipur has also been threatened by police by continuous harassment and day-night arrival with huge numbers of police force and vehicle.
This attack is not new, but the Banamalipur office staffs of Tripurainfoway newspaper are facing police harassment since 5 months. Even Biplab Deb sent CRPF official Santi Ranjan Acharjee illegally in this office and he harassed girl-staffs with menaingless questions for hours.
Now, regardless male, female staffs they all are harassed, families are intentionally maligned as police with big team, many vehicles rush to journalists houses even though no charge against journalists/ photographers exists.
Amid all odd times, hundreds of TIWN fans, well-wishers emails, messages and blessings as 'Long Live TIWN' gives courage to fight against BJP's Monster era and to free motherland Tripura from Monster rulers, who are as same as British rulers.
