AGARTALA, Nov 27 (TIWN): When BJP led attacks continue to hit upon Tripura's democracy without any arrest, in this situation, BJP activists faced attack for the first time during a party meeting at South Tripura.

Before Election, Union Finance Minister promised to grant 7th Pay Commission and Central scale pay for Govt employees, but nothing was given except one 0.32 factor hike and BJP Govt said, "Govt is done with 7th Pay Commission". Now, under BJP Govt all types of protests and movements except few political programmes have been "morally" prohibited.

However, on yesterday in Sabroom Betaga area BJP activists faced attack by Priyobrata Tripura, a teacher. He came with local weapons as "Da", "Lathi" in the party office.

Police arrived the spot lately and  BJP activists gheraoed officers asking why were they late and the police officer Swapan Debbarma to control the situation imposed lathi charge on them.

However, recently various attacks everyday took place on CPI-M party offices but nobody was arrested in those multiple cases.
