AGARTALA, Nov 15 (TIWN): Tripura former Chief Minister Manik Sarkar today while addressing at Agartala Town Hall on the occasion of "November Revolution" called for Marxist Policy to hold Indian Economy claiming no socialism is existing in India right now adding, "Till BJP will be ruling India, people can never enjoy their civil rights and those who are intellectual or go through data, report, truth, they can never be safe under this regime. Economy can never be in favour of poor".
"Our country is being by an undemocratic Govt which is aimed for only profits and dedicated for capitalists. Marxism has always been fought against capitalism. Capitalism had downed many times, but it moved back by various cunning means".
"Our Country is also under such a Govt which has left the country's economy down whereas capitalists have been gifted with high profits by grabbing poor people's money. The ongoing Rafale Deal scam has hit the Supreme Court just on yesterday", he said.
"This BJP Govt is against farmers and contrast between Krishak Sabha and Govt is increasing day by day, contrast of BJP Govt is increasing against the unemployed youths too. In big Universities ABVP's condition is very pathetic as youths are showing their frustrations against the Govt of the country", Manik Sarkar said.
"In by-elections also BJP's results are not good, their MLAs are joining other parties".
"It's not possible that BJP will be ruling and tribals, poor, unemployed, farmers problems will be solved. Nobody can enjoy civil rights under BJP Govt. In this situation, we have to defeat them", Manik Sarkar said.
Manik Sarkar also called all non-BJP organizations, people to get together to restore democracy in Tripura.
