AGARTALA, Nov 15 (TIWN): Amid pathetic knowledge base, Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb continues to brief media on various depts ongoing and his publicity hunger has banished all depts Ministers to stay away from media addresses. Sources informed, in case Agriculture, Sports, Education----in all departments CM doesn't allow any of thsoe Departments' Ministers to go for media limelight, just like on yesterday's Children's Day celebration even though the programme was organized by Education Dept, but due to CM's interference and media attention order Education Minister Ratan lal Nath was sides just like in University Programme of ‘East Zone Inter University Women Volleyball Tournament’ Sports Minister Manoj Kanti Deb was not even seen. Right now CM however doesn't dare to do same with Sudip Barman's Health Dept since he without informing Barman checked a land for AIIMS in Bodhjungnagar area and Barman cancelled the area proceeding with TMC further. Even today also while boasting tea, pineapples Agriculture Minister Pranajit Singha Roy was not invited. Before a month Biplab group had come in massive attack upon Agriculture Minister Pranajit Singha Roy at Gomati District.

When state is suffering from various problems, CM is busy in self publicity instead of leaving certain responsbilities to the Ministers, rather CM has locked all Ministers' hands resulting they are unable to work according to their policy. It has been known from various sources that Biplab Deb not allowing Depts' Ministers for any kind of publicity and that's how from Education Minister to Sports Minister all are sidelined by Biplab Deb and he doesn't allow Departmental Ministers to speak before media. 

But when Biplab Deb speaks, all around controlversy is created due to his poor knowledge about basic things. CM also came in controversy after he two times delivered his poor knowledge about Distrcits in Tripura. 

CM being motormouth is affecting not only image of Tripura but also creating problems for them who visit / reside outside Tripura. 

CM's such attitude also created roars of laughter among media men.

All the Tripura rooted people living outside the state complaint that due to Tripura CM Biplab Deb, their state Tripura has become "popular" and also they are mocked for having such a Chief Minister. Many of them further explain to them (those who mocks about Tripura) that Biplab Deb had been staying out of Tripura for long and few also adds his alleged "Bangladeshi" background.  At the same time, Rajnath Singh's favourism to Biplab Deb needs to be added in damage repairing.
