AGARTALA, Nov 14 (TIWN): When crime rates have spiked across West Dist, specially in Banamalipur and various Eastern region of Agartala, instead of controlling crimes, East Agartala Police led by lameduck OC Debashish Saha, SI Jayanta Baidya, SI Bishnapada Bhowmik kept themselves busy in hobnobbing with drug smugglers and anti-socials, bootlicking BJP leaders and targeting anti-BJP entities including media houses.

In a standard operating procedure, corrupt Police Officials like OC Debashis Saha will ask Drug Smugglers to drop few hundred grams of drugs for publicity so that Police can display in media and claim that 'In a successful operation, drugs seized'. But the truth is that large of chunk of drugs, fensedyls are smuggled right under police supervision in an organized manner and payments are made to keep Police happy.

OC Debashis Saha even though caught some smugglers in past but it was mostly a tip on iceberg , a cover up as crores of drugs are being smuggled under East Agartala Police's direct supervision. 

Rather than solving crimes, East PS OC Debasish Saha is engaged fulltime in illegal activities, also keeping crminals happy, then bootlicking SP West Ajit Pratap Sngh, whereas Ajit Pratap Singh is busy to please his boss the corrupt IPS Rajiv Singh and Chief Minister Biplab Deb.

Crime Queen Pratima Bhowmik's daily driug smuggling operations are done under direct supervision of various corrupt Police officials.

OC Debashis Saha primarily accused for letting many fensedyl, ganja, narcotics smugglers slip out of Police grip in exchange of hefty payouts under the table.

SI Jayanta Baidya, SI Bishnapada Bhowmik more involved in targeting various smuggling gangs, anti-socials for fund collection rather than solving crimes. As a result, crime graph is spiking up in East Agartala.

Not only lameduck SP West Ajit Prapap Singh is failed to control crimes, but he himself has engaged in illegal activities of "harassing" public, senior citizens, sending cops illegally to various spots without following any legal procedure, under the order of BJP President & his gang. 

Even in morning walk people are attacked by robbers, women/ girls are unable to walk alone in less crowded areas due to thieves and robbers increasing numbers, frauds / drug sellers increased at maximum. 

Police sources said, how Ajit Pratap Singh is dedicated in "Yes Boss" attitude to Rajiv Singh and Biplab Deb, Pratima Bhowmik and their gang and forcing local police station cops of his District to continue illegal harassment of people whoever engages in Biplab-criticism. 

Such officers are responsible as reason behind why in India,  bureaucrats even after having more power than Ministers (according to constitution) could never overcome the insecurity by bootlicking corrupt politicians. 

Due to OC Debashis Saha's involvement in appeasing organized crime syndicates, narcotics mafia which are controlled by Pratima Bhowmik, also OC himself involved in various illegal activities.
