AGARTALA, Nov 12 (TIWN): As PM Modi's Swachh Bharat Abhiyan failed to fruited in actualization after crores of waste in Swachh Bharata Propaganda, now BJP in Tripura has sought AMC's (Agartala Municipal Corporation) role to play in maintaining the cleanliness of the city. A massive rally, followed by placing a deputation to the AMC Commissioner Sailesh Kumar Yadav has been placed by BJP with 7 demands related to cleanliness, including drain works to mosquito problems. Drinking problem was also raised by the BJP which it promise to serve house-to-house. It can be noted here, the Swachh Bharat instead cleaning India developed in various scams including toilet scams in many states. After Swachh Bharat was exposed as one more scam under Modi Govt as 2019 is the deadline to make all streets clean, rallies have been increase in numbers to awake mass awareness on Swachh Bharat, a mission promised by PM Modi.In Tripura, the Swachh Bharat Mission has got further focus as BJP Govt is planning to go with Municipality election. AMC / Municipal Corporations is right now ruled by CPI-M and few Congress, whereas BJP wanted the AMC members to resign.

On October 2nd, even CPI-M ruled Agartala Municipal Corporation (AMC) members had to walk a rally with Modi photo at Agartala city under Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.

Agartala Municipal Corporation has proposed a budget of Rs. 21871.99 for the year 2018-19. AMC Mayor Prafullajit Sinha has tabled the budget on Sep 27.

Swachh Bharat Abhiyan or Swachh Bharat Mission is a nation-wide campaign in India for the period 2014 to 2019 that aims to clean up the streets, roads and infrastructure of India's cities, smaller towns, and rural areas. The campaign's official name is in Hindi and translates to Clean India Mission in English.

But in last four years Modi Govt failed to appeal the mean of 'Swacchata' among the masses, also a total failure to clean India. However, day-nights campaignings are going on across state on Swachh Bharat Mission including officers, Municipalities to join the campaigning, but these campaigning have so far ended within photoshops.
