AGARTALA, Nov 5 (TIWN): Irony of fate and poor economic condition forcing those anti-corruption activists who forced earlier Govt to enforce TET and abolish walk-in-interview scams, now begging mercy of BJP Govt for ad-hoc Jobs.Even though 10323 teachers are now close to BJP but above 300 petitioners are in Tripura who in CPI-M's time, challenged the CPI-M Govt in High Court aimed to make the administration free from corruption and proper recruitment process had started for teachers recruitments, even though it's another saddening attempt of BJP Govt which is begging relaxation from centre on B.Ed. Many people in Tripura never supported the petitioners who filed cases against 10323 teachers, but \ after the cases filed against 10323 teachers recruitments only the then Chief Justice Dipak Gupta had passed order for TET exam in Tripura. As High Court in 2014, September 7 had asked the CPI-M Govt to appoint the petitioners of 10323 teachers case and to stop the termination of the 10323 teachers, so the unemployed people have gathered today in front of Health Minister Sudip Barman's home (Sudip Barman was the opposition leader of Congress during that time who was believed behind the petition of 10323 teachers).

Addressing media, the victims said that in CPI-M ruling time they filed those cases challenging the ruling Govt for the sake of building "corruption free administration". They also won the case either in High Court or in Supreme Court but CPI-M led State Govt didn't appoint them, rather it challenged the High Court verdict and appealed in Supreme Court to save 10323 teachers fates without giving jobs to the petitioners, but at Supreme Court also the verdict of Tripura High Court was upheld. Later both CPI-M and now BJP Govt demanded extension of terminated 10323 teachers jobs and after various hearings, SC extended their jobs till 2020.

In this condition, the deprived unemployed people have demanded job for them and if not possible regular jobs then ad-hoc jobs should be given just like the 10323 teachers are now appointed. Total 381 unemployed persons have claimed for filing petitions against 10323 teachers.

All the 381 unemployed victims who filed case against 10323 teachers recruitment in HC have demanded jobs like 10323 after SC verdict.

These petitioners are known as first big anti-communist movement holders who cleaned Tripura from Teachers Recruitment Scams as after their case, HC ordered teachers recruitments-on-basis of TET exams, dismissing Walk-in-Interview.
