AGARTALA, NEW DELHI, Nov 2 (TIWN): Tripura Political Parties BJP, CPI-M once again proved that other than vote bank politics, there is nothing called ‘Honesty’, ‘Ethics’, Principles’ in Politics so engaging high-profile Lawyers to find Judicial loopholes are important commodity in order to stay in Political game. Manik Sarkar’s wrongdoing are copied by Biplab Deb so BJP Govt engaged highly paid Lawyers to exploit Judicial loopholes so that 10323 Illegal recruitment stays untouched. Supreme Court’s directive to extend 10323 Illegally recruited Jobs till 2020 is a slap on any Court System. BJP, CPI-M both sides are celebrating the success for making ILLEGAL recruitment Legal for 2 yrs via Supreme Court directive. But like CPI-M, BJP itself knows that neither Central or State Govt can return 10323 Teachers jobs as these are terminated by Supreme Court on March 29,2017. SC also said on March 29,2017 that 'no further appeal in this regard will be accepted'. Supreme Court's termination of 10323 teachers jobs on March 29,2017 was the correct decision to uphold justice, but now Justice biting dust as all these 10323 teachers illegally recruited Jobs will continue till 2020.

Former CPI-M Govt continued to sustain the teachers about their secured futures. In 2014 when High Court with terminations of 10323 teachers jobs, asked the state govt to 'save their jobs by providing the deprived youths jobs too', but the State Govt's arrogance stretched the issue at Supreme Court and finally lost again on March 29, 2017.  After that State Govt appealed at SC for revision of the judgment and again the state govt lost the case, but SC asked Tripura Govt if it wants 10323 teachers can be appointed on ad hoc basis to diminish teachers crisis, but just maximum for 6 months.

Biplab Deb's foolishness in spending crores of public money for fighting in Supreme Court may go into vain as all 10323 teachers are CPI-M supporters and belong to CPI-M families.
