AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, Nov 1 (TIWN): Lameduck Justice System successfully satisfied BJP, CPI-M ‘s political needs by extending ILLEGAL recruitment till 2020, which was terminated Supreme Court on March 29,2017. SC's verdict on March 29, 2017 clearly said, "No further appeal will be accepted in this case", but Tripura Govt is going to Supreme Court again. But just like Manik Sarkar’s CPI-M Govt, Biplab Deb’s corrupt Govt had decided to knock the Supreme Court against Supreme Court's own verdict which itself is a waste of Tripura taxpayers money. Supreme Court’s shocking decision to extend this terminated illegal recruitment till 2020 made Tripura Politicians happy, even well known ‘Gyan-Papi’ cum ‘Pseudo-Intellectual’ masked BJP Spokesman Ashok Sinha to CPI-M leaders, CPI-M Gyan-Papi’s like Rahul Sinha are expressing joy in their Social media, Press conferences as both political parties can claim as saviours of 10323 Jobs. SC decision is a typical example of degrading Judicial System where in exchange of money, high profile Lawyers can influence Judges to tilt Court decisions to benefit political party’s motives.

So its no surprise that extending this ILLEGAL recruitment till 2020 will help both BJP and CPI-M Politically in 2019 Lok Sabha Election.

In a reversal and validating illegallity by CPI-M Govt's 10323 Teachers recruitment, which was terminated by same Supreme Court earlier and last date of 10323 Jobs was March 31,2018 but now  Supreme Court has extended the ad-hoc for more 2 years till 2020 to ILLEGALLY recruited teachers.

10323 Teachers split into BJP and CPI-M groups started a street brawl as Police had a tough time to control unruly 10323 teachers.

Today, Chief Justice of Supreme Court Ranjan Gogoi heard the plea of terminated 10323 teachers case. Sitting Judges Dhananjaya Y. Chandrachud, Udoy Umesh Lalit are the two more judges in the case of 10323 along with Chief Justice in a division bench who gave the verdict.

Still what will happen to the teachers after 2 years it's uncertain. Uncertainty of the teachers which gripped them since 2014 since High Court terminated them due to irregularities in appointments is still continuing. However, the teachers according to the last development had lost their jobs already on December 31st, 2018 but now continuing on "ad hoc" basis.The 10323 teachers case one of the most complex cases in Tripura's Judicial history due various political phases time to time used the teachers as vote bank tools.

 It can be recalled that a division bench of the High Court, comprising Chief Justice Deepak Gupta and Justice Swapan Chandra Das, had passed then order May 7, 2014 terminating the jobs of 10,323 school teachers after Dec 31, citing irregularities in recruitment and SC has upheld High Court's 2014 verdict. On March 29, 2017, the Supreme Court also held High Court's order and terminated the teachers. 

After Biplab Deb led new Govt came in power it appealed the Supreme Court for the extension of two years more in the ad hoc. Next hearing was today and Supreme Court has accepted their plea.

Tripura Govt told the Court that due to teachers' crisis, the extention is important. However, with a major relief the teachers have received their "continuation" of job till 2020, June 30.

Amid Biplab Deb led BJP Govt's foolish attempt to convert 10323 ILLEGAL recruitment as Legal via SC order which was an ILLEGAL act by CPI-M Govt only made CPI-M beneficial as all these 10323 ILLEGALLY recruited teachers belong to CPI-M families and BJP will not get any Politcal votebank benefits.
