AGARTALA, Nov 1 (TIWN): After Supreme Court has extended the ad-hoc service of 10323 teachers till 2020, now the real challenge for BJP Govt has been started.

It can be noted here, BJP in its Vision Document said, "BJP Govt will resolve the problem of 10,323 teachers keeping humanitarian considerations in mind". This promise was done in page-6, Point No-12 of BJP govt. Now with the extension of the service, what BJP Govt will do it's under question. 

Now, only 2 years have been extended which is the temporary relaxation for the teachers. Now it's to be seen, how Govt handles the whole issue. 

Favouring 10323 teachers with relaxations, will decrease youths vote banks as the teachers were illegally recruited which is also a matter of worry for BJP Govt.

Chief Justice of Supreme Court Ranjan Gogoi heard the plea of terminated 10323 teachers case. Sitting Judges Dhananjaya Y. Chandrachud, Udoy Umesh Lalit are the two more judges in the case of 10323 along with Chief Justice in a division bench who gave the verdict. Still what will happen to the teachers after 2 years it's uncertain.
