AGARTALA, Sep 28 (TIWN): JUMLA Era’s deprivations continue under the mask of various public fooling programs. After SSA teachers raised their demands of pending arrears via TIWN news reports, Govt's bootlicker few SSA teachers had termed the other SSA teachers as Melarmath-friend (CPI-M's agent), but in case of Jammu & Kashmir SSA teachers not only have been regularized but Govt has ordered to clear all the pending arrears of 7th Pay Commission to the SSA teachers. In the Vision Document after scripting in bold letters that if BJP comes in power it will "Regularize Contractual Govt Employees", inside the Document categorically BJP said it will end the uncertainty problems of the SSA, RMSA teachers. But now after assuming power not even pending 2.25 arrears are being given, no salary was hiked for the SSA teachers, whereas in many states SSA teachers are already regularized. It has been more than a year that SSA employees salaries were not hiked, whereas all state regular employees of Tripura had got 2.25 from 1st April 2017. But even after 6 months of completion, the new government is not increasing any single paisa salary.

Not only that the SSA employees who have expired, from State Govt no help was done to the teachers, no death benefit has not been given by the government. On the other side, Assam govt has already been given 34 expired SSA teacher's family to 5 lakh.

However, from the observation it's now clear that even though in Vision Document with bold letters BJP promised, "Regularization of all contractual Govt employees", but nothing will be done so far and thus trying to stop the movement of SSA, whereas before the Election Biplab Deb, Ratan Lal Nath, Sunil Deodhar, NC Debbarma all had shed crocoldiles' tears for SSA teachers' regularization. On August 4 while demanding regularization Bastab Debbarma's tears came out as one and only aim of the SSA teachers is "SSA's Welfare". 

Tripura SSA teachers are hoping that there will be a good news for them ahead of Durga Puja but only 2 weeks are left for Durga Puja, whereas Dept has not announced anything. 

In 14 number promise in Vision Document under LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT it's said : The government will remove job related uncertainties from the minds of the teachers working under SSA and RMSA etc.
