AGARTALA, July 23 (TIWN): Tripura BJP Party president Biplab Deb’s failure to publish 100 days report card marked as a failure after much fanfare filled promises. BJP National President Amit Shah amid rumours of visiting on 100 days completion of BJP Govt in Tripura, could not unveil the report card even after 131 days of completion. Biplab Deb’s failure to publish 100 Days report card even after 131 days signifies Govt’s performance failures. Ground level information have exposed work crisis across the state to some extent and BJP in reality is far from Vision Document due to fund crisis followed by 25 years of CPI-M regime. Only announcements of some promises in the Vision Document have been done, but implementation of those promises yet to be succeeded.

In four months eventhough 7th pay commission and other promises could not be fulfilled but BJP Govt has changed the pension rules and retirement rules, whereas it’s far from to fulfill it’s Vision Document, even though it was said that as soon as BJP comes in power, Vision Document to be fulfilled.

With all these BJP’s Vision Documents first 10 points here get highlighted.

Promise 1 : One employment opportunity in  each household : Recruitment via TPSC and Govt sectors are closed for review, whereas State Govt employees under JICA project were terminated, Govt’s attempt of jobs via job fairs proven as blunder decision as the youths who were sent at South India at state govt’s own liability had escaped from there anyhow.

Promise 2 : Free Education for Women Till graduation : In cabinet nothing has been decided yet.

Promise 3 : 7th Pay Commission for all Govt employees & state pensioners : Cabinet took decision, but Central Govt yet to release fund as no final report was sent at Centre.

Promise 4 : Free smart phones to youths : No cabinet decision yet,

Promise 5 : Minimum allowance will be Rs. 2000 & Minimum wage will be Rs. 340 : No development of that promise,

Promise 6 : Investigate Rose Valley Chit fund case & punish all the guilty : Cabinet decided, but no investigation started properly, neither any chance of arrest yet

(Earlier Ratan Lal Nath told TIWN once BJP comes in power categorically few Municipality staffs to be arrested who gave licenses to Rose Valley offices)

Promise 7 : Provide Housing to all without brick housing : No development,

Promise 8 : Free Health insurance to all BPL Households : No cabinet decision yet,

Promise 9 : Provide drinking water to all households : No development,

Promise 10 : Regularize contractual govt employees : Still a dream, but it’s urgently needed.

These are the highlighted promises of BJP Govt, whereas inside Vision Document many more promises were done, which are pending.
