AGARTALA, July 18 (TIWN): Azad-Hind-Samiti has demanded to declare Netaji Subash Chandra Bose as the 'Leader of Nation'.

A demonstration was staged at Astabal Stadium on Wednesday with their demands.

Recently the Azad-Hind-Samiti  has written a letter to the Prime Minister of India with various demands related to Netaji Subash Ch. Bose's honour.

It has been demanded that the memories, historical places related to Netaji across world connected with Azad Hind should be  restored and  Imphal, Kohima, Mariang areas will be given honour in Netaji's connection.

Not only this, the Azad-Hind-Samiti also demanded instead of New Delhi, it should be renamed as Bose Delhi or NS Delhi and Kolkata's name should be changed with Bose Bangal or Bosu Bangla.

Pradhan Mantri Awash Yojna should be renamed as Netaji Subash Awash Yojna and some more demands.

However today the agitators have placed 7 points of demands before the state govt including creation of memorials for Tripura Kings.
