AGARTALA, July 17 (TIWN): Thieves have attempted to loot a bank at Agartala on Monday night.

The incident took place at Chandrapur UBI Bank. When on Tuesday morning, bank staffs arrived they found everything is left unorganized.

Getting informed Police rushed to the bank. The CCTV wires were also cut by the miscreants.

The bank had developed locker-safety sound system, which was also damaged.

However, the thieves could not break the locker, neither could take any cash from there. Police is investigating the case.
