AGARTALA, July 14 (TIWN): A "total collapsed" of Law and Order situation in Tripura is being faced by the common men, worsening with police’s inactive role to control crimes and mob violence leading constant threat among public about their safety. On Friday, in front of Police a youth was beaten on the heart of Agartala city with false allegation of "child lifter" but police failed to take action yet against the unruly public who openly beaten the youths even though videos of mob-violence is now viral across social media. The angry mob also burnt victim Anjan Dey’s bike and when Fire Brigade came they asked the Fire Brigade staffs to go from there and surprisingly like obedient to the unruly mob, the Fire Brigade employees escaped from the spot, till the bike was fully burnt.

This is the condition of Tripura troops who think about their own lives than others which always leads worst situation like Sukanta Chakraborty lynching case, who was killed in front of police at Sabroom's Kalachara on June 28.

When people are being attacked and murdered, ruling party leaders also have been spotted categorizing the killed victims according to parties. Not only this, BJP leaders had seen openly maligning image of a deceased named Tapas Sutradhar alleging having huge bank accounts. Tapas Sutradhar was killed brutally on June 18 night at Panisagar.

Then when comes about rape much boasted 100 number as emergency dial have failed to save the victim.  A 16 years girl was brutally raped by 6 men at Korbook, now hospitalized in critical condition.

The victim is class-10 student of Bashi Chandra Para School, has been hospitalized at Korbook in critical condition, undergoing treatment.  She was left after gang rape in front of her house in unconscious condition.

On June 16, while inaugurating mobile van Chief Minister Biplab Deb had boasted his govt saying 100 number from now will down crimes at zero-level. Addressing media, Chief Minister Biplab Deb said, “Digitalization is a form of development and without Digitalization a transparent govt is never possible. Till day by dialing number 100 it was tough to get police’s immediate help. Since last 30 years, the 100 number was just as myth as actions were hardly taken”.

Chief Minister further said, “When police will be called, the communication will be totally between police and the victim. No middle man or politically mobilized person should come in between”.

But when it’s comes about reality various “middle men” comes. The latest example is yesterday’s Bordowali incident when mob became the middle men and fire brigade employees ran rather than saving the “burning bike”.
