AGARTALA, July 13 (TIWN): Forward Bloc held meeting in Tripura on Thursday, Friday. All India General Secretary of Forward Bloc Debabrata Biswas, who has arrived here in Agartala today to attend party meeting, has expressed concerned about the law and order situation in Tripura.
Biswas said, the way Tripura’s law and order is collapsing is just like West Bengal.
Former MP Barun Mukharjee was also present in the press meet conducted in Agartala Press Club.
The General Secretary of the party has arrived in Tripura to conduct a state level meeting here and also to talk about another central meet at Kolkata which will conducted in December.
The Forward Bloc also will join the Leftist scheduled demonstration on July 24 which will be conducted in front of the parliament to voice against Tripura-lynching.
The All India Forward Bloc is a left-wing nationalist political party in India. It emerged as a faction within the Indian National Congress in 1939, led by Subhas Chandra Bose.
