AGARTALA, July 1 (TIWN): National BJP is not taking any risk with Tripura’s two seats ahead of Lok Sabha Election and amid BJP’s leadership crisis, Chief Minister Biplab Deb has been announced to hold the President’s post of the party.

In pre-Lok Sabha election preparatory meeting National President Amit Shah has announced that on yesterday at Manipur.

There was a long discussion between Amit Shah and other Tripura BJP leaders at Imphal in Manipur on yesterday where the decision had taken place.

Also there was discussion on the Govt and party’s collaboration for the development of the state. 

Biplab Kumar Deb  who is the current Chief Minister of Tripura has been the state president of BJP in Tripura on 6 January 2016.
