AGARTALA, June 30 (TIWN): Ex-Chief Minister Manik Sarkar on Saturday has felicitated top 10 rankers of both Madhyamik, HS exams.

The felicitation programme was organized by SFI at Chatra Yuva Bhawan.

While addressing on the occasion, Manik Sarkar told the rankers that along with being a good student building character as a good person is important.

Sarkar further mentioned, unless and until the society is not benefited from a person’s knowledge and capability, the education remains incomplete.
