AGARTALA, June 26 (TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb on Sunday said, Pre-Poll promised Vision Document will be fulfilled by public taxes in next 5 years.
CM’s claim is now raising question behind the ‘taxes-hike’ decision on fuel and cooking gas, cutting off subsidy etc in the recently placed budget.
Chief Minister was addressing at Agartala Rabindra Bhawan premise, while said State Govt will fulfill the Vision Document within next 5 years but from the taxes which will be collected from the people.
“Whatever I said in the Assembly centering Vision Document” to be fulfilled but not from my pocket. It will be fulfilled from the taxes which will be given by you. It’s just our work now to do the duties.
In a small and poor state like Tripura, taxes collection, revenue generation etc were never mentioned by the BJP before the election but now the Day-Dreaming CM dreaming about high revenue generation in Tripura with Nil-Industrialization.
