AGARTALA / AMARPUR, June 15 (TIWN): Chief Minister Biplab Deb has performed puja at Amarpur Shanti Kali Goddess temple praying for 37 lakhs people’s safety, who are undergoing flood dangers.

The rituals started at 5 pm by paying homage to Goddess Shanti Kali under Chittaranjan Maharaj.

Apart from CM Biplab Deb, MLA Ranjit Das, MLA Rampada Jamatia, MLA SIndgu Chandra Jamatia, BJP leader Pratima Bhowmik, Rajib Bhattacharjee were present.
