The case will be investigated by CID and for proper and unbiased investigation, state govt has taken  the decision. After a meeting with DGP A K Shukla this decision state govt has taken this decision. 

Addressing the media, Jishnu Debbarma said, "This incident is very tragic and proper investigation is needed in the case". 

"The incident took place on May 24 and on May 25 and a UD case had been taken on her unnatural death. On yesterday at 7.30 pm an FIR was lodged against Big Bazaar and Auxilium School authority at Sidhai Police Station by Lahiri's mother. We have ordered police already to investigate the case strictly", Jishnu Debbarma said.

Three Ministers have visited Lahiri's home in the morning. After visiting, they were informed that Lahiri's father died long back and mother is suffering from brain-tumor. Lahiri's brother is only 12 years old. In this condition Govt has announced Rs. 5 lakh for the victim family as immediate help. 

For further proper investigation the govt has handed over the case to CID.  Right now Abhijit Saptarshi is the CID SP.
