AGARTALA, April 19 (TIWN): Recently in a press meet, Tripura CPI-M State Secretary Bijan Dhar claimed that they met the newly charged BJP CM alleging in written letter about BJP-IPFT led violence in state Tripura, following the election result. The BJP Chief Minister of Tripura today has totally dismissed Bijan Dhar's claim.
Today Chief Minister Biplab Deb, while was addressing the media at Krishnanagar headquarter said, "Such allegations are totally baseless and CPI-M did this to malign BJP, IPFT's image".
CPI-M state secretary Bijan Dhar on April-14 had asked CPI-M and other Left activists to send direct complaints to the Chief Minister Biplab Deb via WhatsApp or sms if they face any problem while joining works.
The announcement was done after CPI-M and other Left parties leaders had met the Chief Minister at Secretariat.
“We have met the Chief Minister Biplab Deb and talked in details about the ongoing violence and how CPI-M supporters are facing tough times when they are trying to go back to works. CM was very positive to solve the problems and in case of any problem, our supporters have been asked to tell him directly”, Dhar told media.
But today the Chief Minister denied CPI-M's claim saying, the opposition CPI-M are unable to digest their defeats and thus they are trying to show a suicide case also as murder.
