AGARTALA, March 30 (TIWN): State BJP has suspended membership collection for two months, following the post-election result situations in the state.

According to BJP leaders, there are heavy exchanges among party activists unofficially after the election result. 

As soon as the election was ended and the result was out on March 3rd, many CPI-M supporters entered BJP in BJP-attires.

BJP also alleged, maximum of the new members are working now inside BJP to damage its party image. In BJP attires they are attacking CPI-M and others.

In this condition BJP has temporarily stopped membership collection.
