AGARTALA, March 25 (TIWN): TPSC’s decades long TCS,TPS, TES recruitment scam exposed as CPI-M leader families bagged TCS,TPS,TES posts via backdoor since 25 yrs. Tainted TCS Bimal Chakraborty, Panna Ahmed, BJP CM Biplab Deb’s OSD TPS Dilip Ray’s TPSC selections all under backdoor entry. CPI-M spokesman cum Rose Valley Chit Fund kingpin Gautam Das’s another relative Susanta Das Baisnab was gifted Asst Professor Job in Chemistry Dept of Tripura Institute Of Technology(TIT) via backdoor bypassing all TPSC norms without even a PhD qualification. Susanta Das also accused of purchasing a land of Rs 88 lakhs showing a price of Rs 8 lakhs and constructing a building at Barjala near Spangler. Like OSD Dilip Ray’s TPS selection, how without proper qualification or skills, Susanta Das was selected by TPSC for Asst Professor’s post is still a mystery and example of CPI-M's TPSC corruption.

Even Gautam Das’s relative Dilip Ray’s TPS selection is another mystery – however that didn’t stop BJP CM Biplab Deb’s selection of Dilip Ray out of hundreds of TCS,TPS,IAS,IPS officials to lead BJP CM’s Secretariat as OSD.

Asst Professor Susanta Das’s wife Bible Roy is Chemistry Teacher at Barjala School (5 minutes from home) is granddaughter of Gautam Das. Bible Roy was transferred from Sabroom by Gautam Das’s direct orders during CPI-M era.

CPI-M strongman Gautam Das rehabilated  Asst Prof Susanta Das in Stipend Section of Tripura Institute Of Technology(TIT) where major financial irregularities are reported but no one in TIT management could take any actions due to Gautam Das’s influence.

Tripura’s BJP Govt on March 14,2018 released a notification directing TPSC to put all the recruitment process on hold because State Govt wants to review all the recruitment process but TPSC on the contrary has postponed only two exams scheduled on March 28th but did not postpone the exams scheduled to take place in April. It seems TPSC is on a hurry to complete those processes even against the wish of the newly formed BJP Govt. CPI-M’s 25 years organized corruption in TPSC produced massive number of TCS, TPS officials who are bound to remain loyal communists as they are from CPI-M families.

TPSC also conducted the main exam of TCS  from January 30 and completed in Feb , but the most strange part is that only 2 months time was allocated to the students to prepare after the prelim result was published.

The reason for this TPSC manipulation is that a group of favored candidates (CPI-M’s top level families from MP, MLA, ex-Ministers ) knew the date of prelims and mains way before a normal candidate knew the date. CPI-M coterie well aware of the TPSC functionaries responsible for checking the answer-sheets

Many aspirants allege that most of the employees of TPSC are corrupt starting from group D to Management Level. TPSC Chairman is a Manik Sarkar appointee, BJP must replace all tainted officials.

As per eye-witnesses, the Clerks of TPSC are most corrupt because they are suspected to  leak the question paper to various Coaching centers in exchange of cash.

Many TCS, TPS aspirants allege unholy nexus among coaching centers and TPSC offcials.

BJP Govt must investigate massive allotments of TCS, TPS posts to students of Shyamoli Bazar based “School of Science” and Sarada Institute which is a new institute run by Siddhartha das.

CPI-M’s 25 years corrupt era not only looted Central Funds and created 8 Lakhs unemployment but Manik Sarkar led Communist Party created Communist cadres family of TCS, TPS officials to control grassroots of State Bureaucracy.

Otherwise how come Manik Sarkar’s close aide Bimal Chakraborty selected in TCS, his brother Kamal Chakraborty selected in TPS, Communist family’s Panna Ahmed selected in TCS, followed by CPI-M Party spokesman Gautam Das relative Dilip Ray selected in TPS, then CPI-M Minister Badal Chowdhury’s elder brother Ranjit Chowdhury’s son Abhijit Choudhury selected in TPS, another Badal Chowdhury relative Uttam Kumar Bhowmik selected in TPS, Ex-MP Khagen Das's daughter Kuntal Das in TCS ???

Manik Sarkar Govt deprived Hundreds of TCS,TPS posts to meritorious candidates and distributed these coveted State cadre posts to CPI-M’s close coterie of Comrades.

Question raises why every CPI-M Minister, MLA, Party leader children were selected for TCS, TPS Posts ? Are they selected based on merit or TPSC test was closed-door sham for them ?

These TCS, TPS officials selection itself was under cloud as they never possessed good educational performance in school or Degree level but they passed TPSC test with flying colors, also appeared as a topper like corrupt TCS Panna Ahmed or Bimal Chakraborty. Upon selection in TCS, TPS – they were given plum posts like Bimal Chakraborty’s brother Kamal Chakraborty was SP Security for Manik Sarkar during his stint as Chief Minister.

Apart from that many TPS officials like Badal Chowdhury’s relative SP Uttam Kr Bhowmik was given luxury post in Police HQ so that he can serve(?) public with official amenities.

Biplab Deb led Tripura Government must investigate each TCS, TPS, TFS, TES recruitment of CPI-M family members  via TPSC in past 25 years.

BJP Govt must investigate and re-evaluate CPI-M era's TCS,TPS selections which include Dilip Ray, TPS, Gautam Das relative and many others.

In past 5 years, many TPSC aspirants complained to TIWN that how a Shyamoli Bazar based coaching center bagging 95% of TCS, TPS posts via their illicit connection with TPSC officials so that these CPI-M cadre family members knowing TPSC questions in advance before the actual examination ?

Also multiple allegations raised over TPSC question papers leaking by TPSC officials to these close coterie of CPI-M family members via this Shyamoli Bazar based Coaching Center.

Manik Sarkar’s communist era created hundreds of CPI-M family bureaucrats who are part of a larger corruption machinery from grassroot BDO to DM and Secretary levels.

BJP Govt should investigate each CPI-M family member’s TCS, TPS,TFS selections case by case basis and cancel all these selections which are products of a highly corrupted system.

Its hightime for Biplab Deb Govt to show its commitment towards fighting CPI-M era corruption and nail down Gautam Das, Manik Sarkar's corrupt empire.
