AGARTALA, March 19 (TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb and Deputy Chief Minister cum Finance Minister Jishnu Debbarma today have reached Delhi and held a meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
This is the second meeting of both the CM and Deputy CM with Prime Minister after winning the Tripura Election.
Earlier Prime Minister met them during his visit in Tripura on the occasion of oath-taking ceremony of Tripura CM and Ministers on March 9.
Tripura following a 25 years of CPI-M regime is facing an amount of Rs. 15.50 crores of negative balances. However, to place the demands before central govt, both the top leaders of state reached Delhi including PM Modi.
