AGARTALA / KANCHANPUR, March 17 (TIWN): Northeast state Tripura's name is scripted in Mahabharata. Hence it's said that it has a glorifying past, which are yet to be discovered.

A silent place in Kanchanpur, developed into a little Temple is an example of it, but unfortunately 99 % people in Tripura do not know about it.

Not only this, the tribal saint who is the priest at there said many idols are still there under the soil, but nobody is helping him to bring those stones in the temple which belong to Dvapara  and Treta Yuga.

This place is situated in in North district located Kanchanpur, Sukhnachara village.

There are many Gods and Goddesses as  Laxmi Narayan, Surya Dev, Ramayan kal bird Jatayu, Bhramha, Vishnu, Maheshwar (Tridev) panchadevta, Saraswati , Tripura Sundari , Manasa, Shanidev, Kaali, Krishna.

Existence of many more God and Goddess under the soil is possible. The saint said, the idols under the soil come in his dream, but he is helpless to recover those idols-like-stones.

This place is worshipped by locals and also there are heavy chances that the place may emerge as a historical location for tourists as well as for researchers.

These stones are very old, was designed even before the history of Tripura was scripted. The saint also challenged the historians and asked them to go for research to know about the age of the stones.

Govt's initiative can upgrade the place in coming days.
