AGARTALA, March 4 (TIWN): One thing the country must know about Tripura's Ex-Chief Minister Manik Sarkar amid various allegations against him, that he was the most punctual leader of the state.

If any programme was conducted at 12 noon, Sarkar reached either one minute earlier or one minute late or at sharp 12, but the one minute had never extended.

However, in CPI-M party Headquarter also, same things have been witnessed since decades.  Punctuality and discipline have been the greatest quality of the Ministers and leaders for displays  of the comrades including CM Manik Sarkar, State Secretary Bijan Dhar.

The Left party leaders never delayed for a minute in press conferences, valuing the 'time' of media. Discipline inside Melarmath HQ has also been very strict and organized.
