AGARTALA, Feb 20 (TIWN): Tripura's law and order which turned worst in last one year centering the polling, became a matter of concerns for the mass.But since the 90 companies of troops arrived in state, violence was stopped almost and in case of political clashes, the issues were sorted out very fast.
The poll day also remained free and fair but now time has come to tell them 'goodbye' till the poll result day comes closer.
As the election has met an end in Tripura, a major part of central forces are now on the way to two other poll bound Northeastern states.
The poll in Nagaland and Meghalaya will be conducted on February 27 whereas the poll results are on March 3rd, the same date for Tripura Election result too.
Currently, the Congress is in power in Meghalaya, the Left Front in Tripura and the Nagaland People's Front (NPF) in Nagaland.
Tripura's election has been completed on yesterday and on February 27 election to be conducted in the rest two states.
