AGARTALA, Feb 1 (TIWN): Every year after farmer-friendly budgets are places by the Central Govt, the common people become happy in Tripura and this year too, the budget remained farmers friendly.

The Govt of India also announced to increase Rural-Haats to ease the commodity price.

But in reality, Tripura commodity price is highest in the whole country under the Communist Govt and source of income is lowest with top position in unemployment rate. Agriculture is in down and maximum imported items are being sold.

1 lemon at markets are being sold at Rs. 10, whereas at West Bengal people get easily 5 to 10 lemons with 10 rupees.

Markets in Tripura are burning with massive price hike hitting the customers hard even in the winter season too.

Chilli prices start from Rs. 200/- per kilo, whereas coriander's price is 800 per kilo.

Tomatoes are selling at Rs. 120/-, Brinjal Rs. 100/-, Radish is Rs 100 /-

Cauliflower is mostly sold but again Rs. 80 is asking for the consumers. From Gol Bazar to Math Chowmuhani, Battala all are in same condition.

Agartala's all markets are burning with same prices, costing the customers heavily. In other subdivisions also the condition is more or less same.

However, the BJP has claimed if the Govt changes, Tripura's economy will be changed.
