NEW DELHI, Nov 11 (TIWN): 'All those responsible will be brought to justice," said Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi after Delhi after blast killed at least 13 people.
Modi, who is in Bhutan on a two-day visit gave this sharp warning from there.
In his first public remarks since the explosion, Modi said the conspirators behind it “will not be spared”.
During the speech he briefly switched from Hindi to English and said that “all those responsible will be brought to justice”.
"I was in touch with all the agencies investigating this incident throughout last night. Our agencies will get to the bottom of this conspiracy," he said.
A devastating explosion rocked the bustling area near Delhi's iconic Red Fort on November 10, 2025, claiming 13 lives and leaving several others injured. The blast, which occurred in a parked car outside the Red Fort Metro Station, has triggered widespread panic and prompted authorities to declare a high alert in the national capital as well as in Mumbai.
The cause of the blast remains under investigation, with officials probing potential terror links following recent seizures of explosives in the region. Teams from the National Security Guard (NSG), National Investigation Agency (NIA), and Delhi Police's Special Cell have been deployed to the site.
