Mumbai, Nov 16 (TIWN) Mayur Vakani of 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' fame took to his social media handle to share a picture of him working on a sculpture of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
In the photos, Mayus is seen working on the sculpture with the help of his team. It looks quite real with PM Modi sporting his signature kurta and jacket. Mayur captioned the photos as, "'SELFIE WITH PM', final touch up of Sculpture created by Mayur Vakani and team."
Fans are beyond impressed with his work of art. A netizen wrote, "Amazing work Mayur bhai." Another commented, "Super?? sundhar bhai."
Others were quick to joke that Mayur aka Sundar might have taken money from his onscreen 'My dear Jijaji' Jethalal (played by Dilip Joshi) to make the sculpture. For the unversed, Sundar is Jethalal's brother-in-law in Taarak, who keeps asking for money from the latter.
A user shared, "Jethalal se liye honge statue ke paise (Must have taken money from Jethalal). A fan also commented, "Lagta hai ab jetha ko chorr ke Modi ji ka number lagaya hai sundar bhai ne (It seems Sundar has left Jethalal and dialled Modi Ji's number instead for money)."
