New Delhi, Feb 22 (TIWN) The Supreme Court will hear a plea on Wednesday seeking urgent listing of a petition demanding cancellation of physical exams for Class 10 and 12 scheduled to be conducted by all state boards, CBSE, ICSE, and NIOS.
Many students studying in CBSE, ICSE, NIOS, and state boards addressed the petitioner, Anubha Shrivastava Sahai, for troubles they were having with board exams and are directly affected by the decision of this PIL, according to the plea, submitted through counsel Prashant Padmanabhan.
"The other petitioners include students and parents from several states who were dissatisfied with the Board's decision." That the mental strain placed on kids to achieve well on this exam is so great that every year, a number of students commit themselves because they are afraid of under-performing or failing," the plea stated.
