2 persons sustained critical injuries in a road mishap at Bishalgarh Bypass road

AGARTALA, Nov 27 (TIWN): In an unfortunate incident after loosing control one Lori crashed on the road at morning 7 am on Saturday. Two people were critically injured in this incident. The incident took place in the area adjacent to the market of Bishalgarh bypass road.
According to the details of the incident, the AS 01 F 5739 Lori crashed into the Bishalgarh Bazaar area on Saturday morning while carrying goods from Agartala to Belonia. According to eyewitnesses, the speed of the Lori was too fast, which caused the accident. Besides, Lori driver Krishnadhan Bhowmik was also in an intoxicated situation. Due to which the car lost control and went to the right side of the road and crashed. The driver of the vehicle Krishnadhan Bhowmik and son-in-law Parimal Bhandari were injured in the incident.
Witnesses reported to the Bishalgarh Fire Brigade. Arriving at the spot, fire brigade rescued the injured persons and took them to Bishalgarh Sub-Divisional Hospital. They are presently under treatment.
