AGARTALA, Oct 30 (TIWN) : Few people in West Bhubanban Bin area allegedly have been selling contraband items and running gambling businesses illegally for a long period of time. Local women gang asked the illegal traders to stop this business several times, centering that the illegal traders attacked 3 women in broad daylight.

While the injured 3 women including other local women rushed to Women PS, the on-duty Police refused to take an FIR against the attackers as the attackers already had lodged a case against 3 women. Not only that, the Police of Women PS pushed the Women gang from the PS.

Later, the women's group went to West PS and filed a case against Rajendra Bin, Dilip Bin, Akash Bin and Swagata Bin for selling contraband items and running gabling business illegally.

Now, it remains to be seen what action the Police will take against the attackers.
