AGARTALA, July 15 (TIWN): Increasing death cases due to overdose of drug has gripped the state. In every day a huge percentage of future generation are getting involved in drug consumption party, results increasing deaths rapidly in the state. ‘Nesha Mukta Tripura’ has now turned into a paradise of drugs, which generated the path of death for the youths. One after another death due to drug consumption making worried the parents. Another life lost due to overdose of drug in Shanmura area, Agartala.

The demise youth has been identified as Ananta Biswas, 24 years old, resident of Shanmura area. Reportedly, he left home last night and did not return back, a man of same residence while went to the Shanmura forest to bring banana leaf, noticed his body was lying in the forest.

On getting information of his lying body the family informed the Ramnagar outpost, police rushed to the spot and rescued his body. 

Later the youth’s lifeless body was brought to Agartala GB hospital where the on-duty Doctors declared him dead. 

However family sources said, since long time he has been consuming drugs via syringes and several times the worried family asked him to stop taking drugs but he did not listen to anyone his family. Resulting at young age a life lost due to excessive drug consumption.
