AGARTALA, June 19 (TIWN): Minor girl was abducted by a boy with fake promises from Border Golchakkar area on 18th June. Later the minor girl was recovered from GB Bazar area with the help of locals.

On June 18, a minor went missing from the Border Golchakkar area. Later, the family members lodged a missing diary case at West Women's Police Station. Accordingly, Police had started tracing with the help of the minor's mobile number and Police tracked the mobile number of the minor in Nandannagar area but the minor was not found there.

Finally, on Saturday with the help of local people the family members found the minor with a young boy from the GB Bazar auto Stand. The news was given to the women's police station and Police brought the two to the women's PS.  Local residents and family members complained that the girl was abducted by a young man named Chandu of the same area. The police have cooperated with the minor’s family in this regard.

However, the police took a case and have started an investigation into who else is involved with the boy in this abduction case.
