AGARTALA, May 14 (TIWN): Despite having the negative report of the Govt-approved Covid test centre, a jawan working in the India Air Force could not fly Pune via Kolkata, his place of work.
Such an allegation was made in front of the media by Indigo passenger and Jawan Ashim Majumder. According to the Indigo Authority, the passengers traveling should seek report only from Agartala Medical College.
Ashim, a resident of Bilonia, was scheduled to board an Indigo flight at 5.30 pm yesterday. Accordingly, Asim Majumder and his family reached Agartala Airport on time. But during the check, Indigo staff started various excuses to show their ICMR approved report from Agartala Medical Hospital.
However, not only Ashim but also Indigo passengers from different parts of the state, including other sub-divisions, could not reach their destination due to this issue.
