Kolkata, Sep 27 (TIWN) Bharatiya Janata Party's West Bengal women's wing leader Agnimitra Paul tested positive for coronavirus on Sunday.
The fashion designer turned politician tweeted: "I have been diagnosed Covid positive. I request everyone who has met me in the last five days to get themselves tested."
Paul said that she was stable, adding that she would not however take any risk and get admitted to a private hospital in Kolkata.
Paul had been touring different West Bengal districts regularly to attend party programmes ever since the unlock phase began. She had also attended party programmes at the state BJP headquarters earlier this week.
