Chandigarh, Oct 24 (TIWN) The ruling BJP in Haryana, which failed to cross the halfway mark in the 90-member Assembly, will present its case to form the government late Thursday evening, it is learnt.

JJP's Dushyant Chautala emerges as a winner in Haryana Elections 2019 from Uchana Kalan constituency, defeating Prem Lata (BJP) and Balram Katwal (INC). On the other hand, Congress leader Randeep Surjewala conceded defeat against BJP's Leela Ram from Kaithal constituency. Election Commission's results display an equal contest between the BJP & Congress in Haryana. It would be interesting to see Dushyant Chautala's JJP emerges as a King Maker for which political party - BJP OR Congress. The counting is still going on. The final list of the winning candidates will be revealed soon, deciding the fate of 1169 candidates. It will be interesting to witness which political party will be ruling the 90 constituencies assembly four next five years.  Congress CM Candidates Bhupinder Singh Hooda has won from the Garhi Sampla-Kiloi constituency; while Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar is leading in Karnal. Haryana Assembly Elections 2019 was held on October 21, 2019. A total of 90 candidates are contesting from the BJP, 90 from Congress, 87 from the BSP, 81 from Indian National Lok Dal (INLD), 375 are Independents, 4 are from the CPI, 7 from the CPM, 1 from NCP and 434 others.
